High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Don't miss this opportunity to train together with 28DTC facilitators during Season 1 of 28DTC. Our 28DTC team are committed to delivering innovative, fun, challenging and rewarding physiscal training at every session. We are totally committed to the fitness, health and well-being of our clients and participants in the 28 Day Transformation Challenge.
HIIT an efficient way of exercising, allowing one to burn more fat, increase your metabolism, build muscles, improves cardio vascular health and continue to burn fat for up to 24 hours after the exercise.
Session Description: ★ 10 minutes of warm up, Cool down & Stretching ★ 45 - 60 minutes of exercises ★ High Intensity Interval Training & Cardio burst workout ★ friendly environment & networking ★ like-minded people together in a fun ★ All fitness levels are welcome. ★ Bring a friend or two ★ Kids welcome FREE of charge
The Hiit workout session time varies. Please see the calendar for starting times. (Prepare arrive 10 minutes early )

*** Meeting place: National Stadium between Gate 5 & 6. Closest MRT is Stadium MRT (CC6) Exit A, turn right towards Stadium and take escalators up to the Gate.
FAQs
What can I bring into the event?
Your own mat, yoga mat or beach towel / water bottle, post workout drinks
Inclement weather policy
As the location is sheltered, we will only cancel the workout session if the weather is dangerous - i.e. Hot 35 degrees, strong winds etc. You will be notified via text message and email approximately 1-2 hours prior to the session only if the session can no longer go ahead.
