I know it might seem a little daunting to give up meat, dairy, eggs and processed foods for 28 days but, I can promise you this, you're going to LOVE IT!

How do I know this for sure?

Well I don't. You might hate it. That's a very real possibility but, only if you go into the challenge expecting it to suck.

Why I feel pretty confident that you're going to LOVE IT is because going vegan changed my own life in so many unexpected and positive ways.

It helped me to lose weight, to overcome chronic constipation and symptoms of IBS. It helped me to overcome regular bouts of candida, to drastically improve my energy levels. It helped me to overcome the chronic pain from my Fibromyalgia and since going vegan, specifically whole food, plant-based vegan, it has meant that I have been living symptom and relapse free from my Multiple Sclerosis since 2008.

So, as you can imagine, I'm pretty darn enthusiastic about this way of eating as it completely transformed my life.

Now that might leave you feeling a little sceptical, especially if you've heard about Belle Gibson, who completely fabricated overcoming Cancer with a vegan diet. I get it. I'd be sceptical too. Which is why, I started hosting a podcast back in 2017, where I share vegan health transformations just like mine. Currently we are moments away from our 100th episode!!

I became whole food, plant-based in 2008 when I woke up unable to feel my legs after an MS relapse.

I won't say that my decision to go vegan was easy, because it wasn't, there were many obstacles along the way (mostly social) however, ever since aligning my beliefs in kindness and compassion with what I put in my mouth every day, I have found a sense of spiritual lightness that is truly indescribable.

Now I have benefitted in so many ways from a switching to a whole food plant-based diet, I've lost over 25kg, I've put my MS and Fibromyalgia into remission, I've overcome chronic constipation and candida, symptoms of IBS, fatigue, depression and endless brain fog, but there's so much more to eating this way than just the rewards to our own individual health including the benefits to the animals and the planet.
