Whether you're taking your first steps toward health or you've been training for years. Use this FREE opportunity to further your fitness, create healthy habits and most importantly, stay accountable!

What's involved?

- 28 days of online health and fitness advice tailored to suit your individual goals

- Weigh-in and measuremenst on days 1 and 28

- Daily check-ins from a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry

- Options to take part in some group or 1-on-1 training (additional cost)

What can you achieve?

A healthy weight-loss goal is 1kg per week. If you have much more to lose, or are just starting out, it's quite possible to lose much more. But what if you aren't looking to lose weight? We take the approach of creating a healthy body composition (body fat vs muscle mass) so the training we recommend is directly transferrable to almost any fitness goal.
