Ramsgate Estate is a paper subdivision consisting of 70 hectares of undeveloped land, adjoining the existing residential area of Wyee Point.
To guide the subdivision and future development of Ramsgate Estate, two draft planning documents have been placed on public exhibition for community feedback. The documents include:
- Draft Ramsgate Estate, Wyee Point Area Plan
- Draft Ramsgate Estate, Wyee Point Planning Proposal.
Council will be holding in person drop-in sessions at Morisset Library. The session will be an opportunity for residents to speak with Council staff and ask any questions.
