All COVID-19 regulations are to be followed including: wider walkways, no change rooms and there will be hand sanitiser provided inside the rack sale. Until further notice we will not be offering rack hire.

If sellers show any symptoms they will be asked to return home. Our credit/ refund policy has been relaxed - if you are unwell or the event is cancelled you will entitled to credit towards a future event.

About us and the event

The Market Folk's roots are in epic pre-worn rack sales, clear out your wares for some extra cash. Our rack sale is alongside our creative market stalls, live music, nestled in the heart of Coorparoo Square dining and retail laneway.

The Market Folk rack sales are not your average pre- worn event, we are looking for good quality preloved wares, hung on one simple rack - you may not sell underwear, swimwear, children's clothes, any bedding, homewares, books, art etc. Please ensure you read our FAQs prior to purchasing a ticket, failure to adhere to these rules will mean you will be asked to pack up. 

You are required to bring:

Your own rack - up to 1.5m in length (no round racks please, double will will be accepted)

Your own coat hangers

Small storage (optional) to display shoes, accessories etc on the floor

Stool/ ChairWater Bottle,

Pen & a float

We also send you a very information email with all the bump in information you need including our Rack Sale Fact Sheet. 

We recommend the $10 racks from Ikea or Kmart - please ensure they are assembled prior to market day!
