Gentle morning Yoga and Mindfulness with Tibetan Bowls

About this event

Yoga and mindfulness is a great practice to increase flexibility strength, and resilience, mentally, physically and emotionally. This class is run by donation for our community, and open to every one regardless to prevues experience (a short health declaration is to be filled before the first class)

6:30-7:45 a gentle mindful practice with Tibetan bowls , increasing physical and mental resilience while breathing and relaxing , fits beginners , or people who recover from an injury or surgery (please reach out if you have any concern or question).

All profits will go back to the community in a form of preventative mental health events.
