2025 Research Grantee Induction

This workshop will support you with taking the next steps towards implementation of your project, and help you with developing your project workplan.

The workplan is the tool that you will use to guide project delivery, and report to the Trust on your progress. It:

• Defines what your project will deliver, how it will be delivered, and what will be reported
• Provides a roadmap for future staff involved in the project
• Provides a framework for clearly communicating to the Trust’s independent reviewer how you are progressing.

We will cover:

• What does a good workplan look like?
• Provide the resources you will need to develop your workplan
• Tips for monitoring, evaluation and reporting of your project
• What to do if you need to make changes to your workplan?
• When will you receiving your funding agreement and first payment?
• Any other burning questions you might have!

It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other successful grantees.
