Car Parking

Hotel Valet Parking is available for $70.00 per vehicle, per day. Hotel Parking is subject to availability.

For Day Delegates, metered street parking is available at a charge of approx. $5.00 per hour. Alternatively, there are public car parking stations within walking distance. Please see the below links for the public car parking stations;

Cancellation by delegates

If after registration, you are no longer able to attend the event, please advise the organiser via email as soon as possible. No refunds will be offered. However, delegate substitutions from the same organisation will be accepted, provided written notice if given ahead of the event. The organiser reserves the right to retain the full amount of the paid participation fee if cancellation occurs, except in the event of exceptional circumstances (such as unforeseen illness, misadventure, or government-imposed restrictions).

Cancellation of the 2021 Marketing Analytics Symposium - Sydney (MASS)

For any circumstances beyond their control (for example government imposed COVID 19 restrictions), MASS 2021 Committee reserves the right to modify or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event. In this instance a full refund for conference registration will be issued. The committee accepts no liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred to attend the conference.
