2.00 pm (60 Mins) Session 5 – Mental Health Session No.1 by Mindfit at Work

"Reset, Renew & Recovery"

Time for a mental health reset? This Pop-Up will cover how to create a mentally healthy working environment. We start this Pop-Up by exploring some common myths around mental health. Everyone’s got an opinion about mental health, but opinions based on myths add to the stigma and make life harder for people affected by mental illness. Next, we explore some of the barriers to talking about well-being at work and have Participants investigate strategies to decrease those barriers. At the close of this Pop-Up, we introduce a series of Mental Health #Hacks to increase emotional resilience and overall well-being.

3.00 pm (30 Mins) Afternoon Tea

3.30 pm (60 Mins) Session 6 – Mental Health Session No.2 by Mindfit at Work

"Work and Life Balance"

Healthy individuals who feel they have their priorities right are more productive, creative and resilient, valuable qualities in today’s challenging and competitive environment. During this Pop-Up, Participants are reminded of the things they can do to improve the quality of their day to day lives both at work and outside of work. Many people feel they are busier at work and have more demands on them than ever before. We need to get the balance right between work and non-work in order to be productive, manage our time well, and have a life away from work. Our work-life balance programs help your team manage time, stress, devices, distractions, build engagement, and increase job and life satisfaction. Whether the challenge is Covid-19 and remote work, change, overwhelm, or high stress or burnout.
