Interstate players go into draw for 3 complementary Nights accommodation at the Best Western next to the venue.

Tournament Format

Saturday Qualifier Day Ø 14 Groups of 10 - 12 Ø Round robin x 1 Ø Top 6 from each group progress to main draw on Sunday Ø Split in 2 Sessions – 10am and 2.30pm

Main Draw (Sunday & Monday) Ø 128 Player Draw Ø Single Elimination Ø Race to 8 round 1, increasing from Quarter Finals Ø 24 Seeds – Seeds will placed into draw in round 1 and 2 as per normal seeding order – from round 3 all winners are blind drawn Ø Blind draw each round (except for seeds as indicated above) Ø Top 24 seeds will have a bye round 1 (plus 20 random players will have a bye)

NUMBER OF SEEDS, BYES, GROUPS AND NUMBER OF QAULIFIERS FROM EACH GROUPS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES AND IS BASED ON 150 ENTRIES. FINAL DETAILS WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT STARTING

Note: Ø Dress rules apply in main draw (Collards Shirt, no thongs trackies) Ø Semi Final and Final will be umpired under a 30/30 shot clock Ø Tournament Directors decision is final on calls (In absence of Tournament Director, the allocated Adjudicator will take place of TD) Ø All Prize Money will be paid in Cash at the Presentation at conclusion of the event
