2021 Whitehorse Community Grants - Information Session #1 (Face-to-Face)

About this Event
IMPORTANT: The face-to-face information sessions are for community members that are unable to access the online Zoom session on Thursday 18 February, 6.00pm-7.00pm .
- Spaces are extremely limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, so only 1 person per community organisation/club/group may attend and strict physical distancing measures will be in place. Masks are to be worn at all times.
- Please only register for this event if you intend on coming and cancel your registration if you can no longer attend.
- No refreshments will be provided and attendees are encouraged to bring their own water.
- It is expected that participants will have read the 2021 Grant Guidelines prior to attending.
Registrations for this information session will close at 5.00pm, Wednesday 10th February 2021
This information session will :
1. Show you how to register with SmartyGrants (council's grant management system)
2. Explain the funding categories available and talk through the criteria and process
3. Identify the documentation you will need to provide with your application
4. Talk through the Frequently Asked Questions
Please be mindful, this session will not provide the opportunity to canvass ideas or seek opinion on the viability of your application. Please refer to council's website for contact details should you need to discuss your application further.
