2021 Western Australian BioSymposium
The 2021 Western Australian BioSymposium will provide industry and investors with intimate online access to promising WA life sciences research projects nearing translation and provide entrepreneurs, clinicians and researchers the chance to receive vital feedback and learn about industry sector requirements.
The BioSymposium will take place on Thursday 16th September 2021, chaired by Dr Samantha South, Senior Commercialisation Officer - UWA. Attendees will have opportunities to submit live questions to online presentations and participate in the industry panel.
2021 will feature a series of presentations on:
• Medical Devices
• Diagnostics
• Digital Health
The BioSymposium will commence at 1:00pm and concludes at 3:30pm. Links to participate via Zoom will be provided to all those registered the week prior to the BioSymposium.

BioSymposium Sundowner
Commencing at 4:30pm, WA based attendees will have the opportunity to attend the BioSymposium Sundowner to meet the day’s presenters and the Life Sciences WA network over drinks and canapes, proudly supported by RSM at Exchange Tower.

Established in 2021, Life Sciences WA is a collaboration of representatives from Government, Universities, Research Institutions, Industry Bodies and Corporates who have come together to form one united body and connect the Western Australian life sciences and biotechnology industry. Our members represent all areas of the diverse life sciences ecosystem including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, aquaculture, agricultural technology, research, intellectual property law and business consulting.
