The session on 22 September will be facilitated by Susan Gleeson, Mental Health Educator with NSW Ambulance Service.
The session on 14 October will be facilitated by David Westgate. David has lived with Bipolar 1 for many years, and in addition to his work in Advertising, is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor; a Keynote Speaker for Black Dog Institute; serves on the Mental Health Action Group for the Australian insurance company, TAL; is a facilitator of mental health Lunch 'n Learns; has been a guest on SBS's 'Insight' to discuss mental health in the workplace, and; is the creator of the workplace program Club20 (https://club20.com.au/). David will be sharing some of his insights into how to support people dealing with mental illnesses. The session on 11 November will be with Judi Breed, Community Relations Manager of White Lady Funerals. Judi will be presenting a Loss & Grief program, exploring the art of responding to grief with empathy.
The session on 1 December will be with Tony Trimingham, CEO OAM of Family Drug Support.
