Description

Illuminate Night Party

The Illuminate Night Party, presented by Livelighter is set to rock the socks off Gosnells on Saturday 22 February 2020!

The Temper Trap is Dougy Mandagi, Jonathon Aherne, Toby Dundas & Joseph Greer. First exploding onto the Australian music scene in the late 2000s with their acclaimed debut album Conditions, which, propelled by the global hits Sweet Disposition, Fader and Love Lost, saw them crash land into the charts worldwide.

With more than a million albums sold and over 150 million streams on Spotify, The Temper Trap are an instantly recognisable part of the Australian indie rock music scene. The songs from their three albums – two of which are platinum and two of which debuted at number one here in Australia – have appeared on movie soundtracks, TV ads and earned them gigs on main stages of some of the biggest festivals in the world.

They have supported the likes of Coldplay and the Rolling Stones, won a number of prestigious ARIAs, and will bring their powerful hits to the heart of Gosnells, for what is set to be the biggest and best night of rock ever to hit the Illuminate stage.

Supporting The Temper Trap will be Perth’s rock icons Gyroscope, who have become an undeniable mainstay within the Australian music scene. Rumours of a new full length album projected for release at the end of the year and a number of critically-praised records under their belts… 2020 is set to be a big year for the WA based ARIA winners.

Also appearing on this stellar line-up is breakthrough singer songwriter Brayden Sibbald and City of Gosnells hometown heroes, The Southern River Band who can only be described as Rock and roll with a dash of boogie woogie and a sprinkle of country.

In addition to the main stage performances, there will be roving performers, carnival rides, food trucks and much more to light up your night.

The Illuminate Night Party is a free, all ages, smoke and alcohol free event presented by Healthway, promoting the LiveLighter message, and sponsored by Lotterywest.
