This two-day course is composed of four sessions each including a series of lectures followed by cadaveric demonstrations and supervised dissection on fresh frozen cadavers.

Dr John Chaplin

DrChaplin

Dr John Chaplin is an Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon based at Auckland City Hospital and Mauranui Clinic in Auckland. John graduated from the University of Auckland School of Medicine in 1988. He began his specialist training at the Royal Throat Nose and Ear hospital in London in 1990. He completed ORL Head and Neck Surgery surgical training in Dunedin, Waikato and Auckland and passed the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons final examination in 1996. John did a Microvascular Reconstructive Fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and a Thyroid and Head and Neck Surgery Fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. John has been in practice in Auckland since 1999 and has a busy head and neck surgery practice including a high volume of thyroid and parathyroid surgery, salivary gland surgery, head and neck cancer and microvascular reconstruction. John is a key member of the Auckland Regional Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Team and he is widely regarded as a leader in head and neck surgery in Australasia.

What's the cancellation / refund policy?

If an EVENT is cancelled by the organiser, the attendee will receive a FULL refund, including Eventbrite fees.

If an ATTENDEE has to cancel their registration, please see the cancellation / refund policy below:

--To cancel your registration, please do so through Eventbrite, or contact Sandra at the PA Research Foundation / 07 3176 2359.

--Up to 30 days before the conference, refunds will be given (less a $300.00 cancellation fee and less the Eventbrite fees of $3.00 - $51.50 depending on the price of your ticket).

--Within 30 days of the meeting there will be NO refunds.

Refunds will be on the same method of payment used to pay for registration. Please note that if paying by PayPal, fees incurred by PayPal may not be refunded.
