Description

Night market stall sites are available at the CABONNE COUNTRY BALLOON GLOW event on Saturday the 27th of April.

The CABONNE COUNTRY BALLOON GLOW is the pinnacle event of the Canowindra International Balloon Challenge each year and attracts up to 10,000 people.

The focus of the market stalls is food and wine produced locally, from within 100 miles (160 kms) of Canowindra NSW. Food stalls are asked to provide a minimum of 400 serves to cater for the numbers of people.

A limited supply of Craft and Local Product stalls are also available at the Night Markets. These stalls must also adhere to the locally handmade and 100-mile (160km) concept. Imported products that are not locally made do not qualify.


All sites are 3 metres by 3 metres. Double sites may be booked.

Power must be booked when registering for the event, please add it to your purchase. It is the responsibility of the stall holder to supply their own power lead. All power leads must be 25 metres long, tagged and suitable for 15 amp power.

Stallholders will need to bring the following, where applicable: tagged power cords, stalls, trestle tables, chairs, shelving, lighting if required, storage, serving tables, ice, water, jug, spittoon, plastic glasses and a hand washing facility if handling food.

TIME FRAMES:

  • Stalls to be booked by 5th April 2019 or until sold out (Based on which comes first)
  • CABONNE COUNTRY BALLOON GLOW Night Markets - 27th April 2019
    • BUMP IN: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
    • Event Gates open to the public: 3:00 pm
    • BUMP OUT – TBA

STALL HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Upon booking, your are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Canowindra Challenge Inc. (http://www.canowindrachallenge.org.au/terms---conditions.html)

All stallholders must supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, of a minimum of $20 million, with Cabonne Shire Council and Canowindra Challenge Inc listed as interested parties.

Food Stall holders must supply a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. If you are a food stall holder who works out of a food van or vehicle/trailer, you must also hold a Temporary Food Permit with the Cabonne Shire Council.
