Queensland Ombudsman Complaints Management Workshop

The Office of the Queensland Ombudsman is also holding an optional complaints management workshop on Wednesday 26 September. Please purchase your tickets to this event by choosing this workshop in the above link for 'Tickets.'

The workshop will cover the key principles of efficient and effective complaints management including

  • Complaints assessment
  • Planning
  • Fact finding
  • Procedural fairness
  • Evaluating facts and discretion
  • Communicating outcomes

Participants will also have the opportunity to raise and discuss common or difficult complaints management issues and options for better practice.
