Event description

Description

The 2017 PhB Symposium at the Australian National University (ANU) is an exciting chance for Year 11 and 12 students across Canberra to hear about the rewards of the Bachelor of Philosophy (PhB) from the students themselves.

PhB students will give short presentations on research projects they’ve taken across the sciences, arts, and Asia-Pacific studies, showcasing the many opportunities offered in PhB and tertiary education overall. Tickets are limited, but college students (and interested staff) in the Canberra region are welcome to take part from 5pm–7pm on Friday 25th August 2017 in the Sir Roland Wilson Building Conference Room (1.02).

The presentations should be finished by 6.30pm and some nibbles will be provided in the Foyer where students can talk to PhB students and staff.
