Friends, need some time for Scrapbooking, Card making and Papercrafting???
Planning for our Annual Retreat is underway, and the site is booked. Now we just need your commitment. Join us for a weekend of fun, food and crafting. Be inspired; relax and enjoy yourself with a whole weekend to work on your own projects.
We will be celebrating NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING MONTH, including some raffles and prizes, and surprises for all.
An agenda will be available at camp, however, here’s an idea of what you can expect:
Friday 19th May Camp starts at 7pm. If you wish to come down earlier and have dinner at one of the great restaurants/ hotels in Victor you may arrive at Adare after 5.00pm, to leave your personal belongings in your allocated room and head out for tea. Join us in the main room from 7pm for an evening of Scrapbooking/Cardmaking. Supper provided. Stay up as late as you like (some don’t go to bed until 2.00am).
Saturday 20th May Breakfast around 8.00am. Craft all day and into the late evening. Demonstrations and ideas for projects that you can complete over the weekend will be given. You may like to break up the day with a walk into Victor or short drive to shops in Port Elliot/ Middleton/ Goolwa.
Sunday 21st May More craft-time from breakfast to early afternoon.
Departure is around 2.30-3.00pm
Cost for the weekend is $185. This covers all the meals (including morning/afternoon tea and supper) for the weekend (Friday night dinner at own expense).
$50 deposit is due by 21st January to secure your place.
Balance of $135 is to be paid by 18th March .
For deposits paid by 31st December you will receive a bonus gift at camp.
For full payment before 31st December you will also receive 10% discount for camp pre-orders.

Payment may be made to your consultant at the workshop on the above dates or by direct credit. When making payment please include your surname as the reference.
Prior to 18th March Full Refund
After 18th March No Refund on Deposit, anything paid over $50 deposit will be refunded. You are entitled to handouts and gifts.
After 19th April No refund at all (due to Adare’s cancellation policy).
WHAT TO BRING: Bed linen i.e. sleeping bags or sheet and quilt, Towel, Pillow (if you’re fussy like us and prefer your own) and any other personal effects i.e. clothes (can be cold at that time of the year), toiletries, pocket money, munchies, etc.
You’ll also need all your own scrapbooking supplies. It will be important for you to pre-order any products you may need at our April Workshop to allow enough time for delivery of products.
Emergency contacts/ Allergies form will be available early next year.
