A class full of variety! A whole body workout designed to improve your overall fitness for everyday living with the use of kettlebells, power ropes, aqua bags, boxing, dumbbells, barbells and body weight exercises.

What you need to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothing, runners and a small towel
