Get into Cardio Tennis is a fun, new, low-impact group activity using a tennis racquet and balls, but it’s not tennis as you know it! Each 45-minute session includes a warm up, series of game-based activities and cool down.
It’s a gentle and social way to get moving. The hour will fly by as you throw, chase and hit a few balls – often in pairs – while you burn calories and make your heart and mind healthier.
You don’t need to have any particular level of fitness or tennis skill to enjoy Get into Cardio Tennis.

- Session 4: Sunday, 11 December
- Session 5: Sunday, 18 December
What you need to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothing and runners (all other equipment provided)

Please meet on Hanmer Reserve on Harris Street (opposite the Yarraville Tennis Club)
