The PADI confined water workshops are back at this year’s Instructor Development Updates!

The 2015 PADI Instructor Development Updates are just around the corner!

After the success of the 2014 Instructor Development Updates with a combination of dry and wet sessions, we have decided to do it again in 2015.

New Product focus will be on recently released digital products and PADIs Online Processing Centre thus equipping you better prepare your PADI Instructor candidates for their future as educators in a digital age.

Evaluation Workshops will feature Knowledge Development and Confined Water Presentations to ensure your evaluation skills are aligned with the PADI Examiners and your peers. Plus we will review critique and counselling techniques to share with your instructor candidates.

Instructor Development Marketing will refresh your view of key strategies essential to recruiting Divemaster, IDC and Specialty Instructor candidates.

Risk Management. This absorbing topic will address liability implications for Course Director and IDC Staff Instructors and review defensive instruction techniques.

Materials. Consistent with our move to a digital age, the materials package will include many of the new digital products recently launched.
