This 60-minute sound healing session in Sydney’s Inner West begins with a grounding tea ritual and a short check-in to shape your intention for the journey. From there, you’ll be immersed in waves of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, rainsticks, and ocean drums — instruments chosen to align the chakras and soothe the nervous system.

The vibrations flow through every cell, loosening tension, calming the mind, and restoring clarity. Many clients describe leaving with a softer chest, calmer thoughts, and a spacious energy that lingers long after the session.

Phoenix is a heart-led healer, published author, and co-founder of Mystic Wellness Sydney. With over 12 years of yoga teaching experience across multiple continents, Phoenix’s path has always been guided by creativity, intuition, and a deep connection to the unseen.

Beginning with classical singing and storytelling, Phoenix followed a quiet calling that led to moments of profound awakening and soulful transformation. Along the way, the voice became more than expression — it became a tool for healing.

Blending vocal artistry with the ancient power of sound, Phoenix now shares this gift to help others reconnect with their essence, soften into presence, and awaken inner harmony.
