Full Moon Breathwork Sessions - 12 Sessions - July 2026 to June 2027

Welcome to the next round of Full Moon Breathwork Sessions!

🌙 Join us for a full year of transformative breathwork sessions (twelve in total) starting from July 30th, 2026 to June 19th, 2027.

This is a potent opportunity to follow Grandmother Moon in her full illumination as she pulls on our inner tides allowing us to gently bring to completion all that has been illuminated int the previous cycle.

Cycles - Rhythm - Culmination - Release

This is a closed group that gathers twelve times over twelve months under the illumination of the Full Moon with the astrological theme of the month woven in for inspiration. Each session has a full 60-mins of breathwork followed by adequate transition time to allow the breathwork to integrate whilst each participant is continued to be held in the safe container that Laurel holds for all.

Within the safe space, participants have the opportunity to share intentions if they wish and the end of the call is open for those who wish to add their voices in share, being present for this final part is optional.

Strict online protocols and agreements are in place in ensure a safe and confidential breathing space for all participants.

A summary of the potent energies and astrological significance of each full moon is beautifully explained and sent to each participant by email 7 days prior to the Full Moon of each month. As a participant, this summary can inspire you to delve deeper, to tune into the medicine & wisdom archetypes in the living sky, each month if you wish. Or you can simply show up on the calls being open to the Breath as the Master Liberator. The month of May has two full moon sessions.

All live calls are on Zoom and their is no obligation or expectation to share within the group and no additional social forums are imposed … these sessions are for each individual to have the medicine of the breathwork in a safe, closed group, commiting to your own journey under the full illumination of grandmother moon, for your personal wellness. Recordings are edited for privacy and confidentiality and available until the next month, should you miss a session.

Our first session kicks off on July 30 2026 at 7:30PM (Australia/Brisbane Time). Get ready to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the new lunar cycle which also not coincidentially starts on the Chinese New Year as we welcome the Fire Horse!
