Finding the right aged-care solution is often an emotional and confusing process.

In this session Third Age Matters Director Bina Brown will discuss what is involved in deciding between accepting a home care package or moving into residential care.

The session will cover what to consider when choosing a home care provider or aged care facility, the costs involved and the paperwork required as well as some inside knowledge about what's happening in the current environment.

This session will be conducted in person and also streamed through Zoom. The session will not be recorded. If you would prefer to attend via Zoom please click here to book.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.

Participants will not be visible via video to the presenter or other workshop attendees and Carers ACT will not be recording this session. However it is a requirement of those attending to consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being broadcast.
