PRICING

•Come along and meet Santa! Family sessions with Santa are $40 (+ GST) and includes two digital photographs provided by Jessica Cann Photography. This amount covers venue costs, photographer, and taking care of Santa...He drinks ALOT of milk and eats too many cookies. Thanks also to Lock&Hock Productions for joining us for this special occasion!

•Please note each session will be 5-minutes and a maximum of 5 guests will be permitted inside Santa's space during each session. Please, due to limited parking, bring only one car per family.

•Our venue is under renovation (more details below) therefore venue access is restricted to the Foyer, Library, and Powder Room.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The health and wellbeing of Santa and our visitors is of utmost importance. Here are some of the ways we are being safe:

•To manage the number of people and reduce queuing, online bookings are essential to visit Santa. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your allotted time. You may not be permitted through the property gates if you arrive too early.

•Sessions are strictly limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

•If anyone in your group is feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, has been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19 or been to a COVID hotspot, please reschedule your appointment (pending availability) or cancel by emailing admin@archesestate.com.au.

•All visitors must use hand sanitiser provided before entering Santa's space.

•A maximum of 5 guests will be permitted inside Santa's space during each session.

•Due to social distancing, visitors should not high five Santa, sit next to Santa or sit on Santa's knee. Visitors must remain socially distant from Santa at all times and set design will assist with this. We appreciate your assistance preparing younger children.

•There will be props provided in front of Santa's chair for visitors to sit on and pose for photos, though you are most welcome to bring you own (including fancy dress, cuddly toys, special rocking horses etc.). Venue items will be sanitised between each session.

OTHER INFORMATION

•The venue is under renovation, however the Foyer, Library, and Guest Powder Room, all adjacent to the main entry, are fully furnished and safe to access. Visitors will not be permitted to tour the rest of the property on this occasion. Private guided tours can be booked through our Facebook page. Revenue from site visits contribute to our renovation fund. Please take care while on site. Enclosed shoes are recommended though not required.

•Cancellations/Refunds: As we have limited sessions, any requests for refunds must be made via email (admin@archesestate.com.au) at least 24-hours prior to your session. Refund requests within 24 hours of the booking will not be considered.

•Latecomers: If visitors are late, the session will start on arrival in Santa's space, however must finish on time so as not to negatively impact other visitors. Late arrival means that the session will not run for the full 5 minutes and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

•No Shows: If a guest does not arrive for their session to meet Santa, this will be considered to be a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be issued.
