In this session we'll teach you:

> The key boxing techniques required to land punches with speed and power

> How to structure your combos correctly

> How to dodge/slip punches to counter them.

> Footwork and head movements necessary to box with movement

We'll also work on:

> The ideal Dynamic Mobility Warm-up before a 12RND Session

> Key Functional Bodyweight Movements use at 12RND

> Correct techniques and terminology for our exercises.
