Christmas time is not always a time of celebration and can be especially stressful when we are faced with the imminent passing of our loved ones, anniversaries and dealing with difficult family dynamics.
This workshop looks at what makes this time of year more challenging in our consumer driven society and what strategies you can put in place to make this time of year less stressful for both yourself and your loved ones.
This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
This session will be conducted in person only at the Carers ACT Holt Office.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session to allow for Covid-19 screening.
