We are back to in person, physical gatherings! We are be adhering to all restrictions currently in place and fulfilling all requirements for a COVID-Safe check in.

As density requirements have reduced the number of seats available, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to let us know you are coming and secure your place in the room. If you haven’t registered we cannot guarantee that there will be space.

*NEW* Covid Safe Check-in Procedures

In order to comply with new Covid Safe regulations, the way we are currently doing contact tracing around our building has changed. There will now be check-in stations easily identifiable when you enter the building. Check-in is quick and easy.

1. Download or log in to the free ‘MySA Gov’ app before arriving

2. When you arrive, scan the QR Code with your phone’s camera

3. Enter your name and phone number

4. Follow the prompts and your done!

To help keep everyone safe, please Check-in every time you enter the building on any day, for any reason.

FAQ

What if I don't have a phone? You will be able to manually check in and Covid Marshals & The Hub Hosts will be available to assist you on the morning.

Do my kids need to check in? Children who are with their parents / carer are not required to check in.
