This forum will showcase and explore approaches which support positive health outcomes for Aboriginal mothers, families and communities.

About this Event

The Connections Forum is for anyone working with Aboriginal mothers, families and communities, or are interested in learning more about supporting positive health outcomes to close the gap for Aboriginal families and communities.

'Virtual' in design, the forum aims to connect inter-professional knowledge, experiences and ideas between health staff, programs and services regardless of geographical location.

Virtual Forum - no travel and no fees

Join us for a session or the full program as the forum showcases and explores:

  • Health care, programs, services and ways of working
  • Culturally safe and appropriate care
  • Innovation in practice
  • Engaging families and communities
  • Professional development and leadership
