8 wk Beginner Pole Dance Course - starts Tues 25th October 8.30pm and continues the same time each week for 8 wks for a 1 hour each session.

You dont' have to have any strength, dance experience or be fit to do this course!
We teach you from scratch and most can't even hold their own body weight when they start - but most loose weight, tone up, gain confidence and get strong and fit from Pole Dance and Fitness at Diamond Class!
Any age, any shape or size.. pole is for EVERYONE! We have students from 12 yrs old to late 60's currently of all different fitness levels.

8 WK BEGINNER COURSE INFORMATION
This is our most popular course where you will learn everything from walking around the pole, basic grips, holds, spins, climbs where you will build fitness, strength and technique for more challenging moves.
This course is for EVERYONE and no need for any prior dance, strength or coordination experience, we teach you everything. You don’t need to get strong first or lose weight or even pretend to be younger as all shapes and sizes, ages and ability can pole dance. We have taught 12 yr olds up to 75 year olds and have a diverse range of students of all sizes and ability.
Everything you learn in this course is put into a fun pole dance routine and there are even opportunities to perform routines with studio events if you are keen!
