Learn pilates in Sydney with this beginners class.

Pilates reshapes, re-balances and realigns the body using a series of slow controlled moves which target the core and improves flexibility, strength & mobility.

Pilates is for everyone!

Course content
  • Pilates principles
  • Pilates techniques and breathing
  • The class target the whole body giving you a balanced approach to stretching and strengthening
  • Techniques are taught to turn off the muscles that interfere with the operation of core stabilisation
Outcomes

By the end of the course you will:

  • be able to perform simple Pilates movements at home
  • understand how to switch off muscles holding stress and effectively switch on core stabiliser muscles
  • the ability to perform the skills in class and everyday living

  • Please wear comfortable clothing
  • BYO towel or yoga mat – We are doing it in the grass –
  • Drinking water
  • A towell as you will sweat
