Lisa Murphy is the founder and Chief Adventurer from Big Heart Adventures. Devoted to getting more people out in nature for all the positive mental health benefits, Big Heart Adventures offers professionally led walks on trails across the Adelaide Hills, coast and urban areas in addition to Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing events to connect people deeply to nature using all of the senses. With a range of walks to suit the beginner, experienced and accessible trails, adventure really is for everyone at Big Heart Adventures. Check out our multi day trips for women only and men and women designed to Discover, Challenge and Fulfil. Nature Connection for Everyone!
