Greater Sydney Landcaremanages many projects to benefit the environment of our region. These include:Creating Canopies- planting 300,000 native trees & shrubs between 2020-25 to reduce urban heat in Greater Sydney.Southwest Sydney Koala Project- delivering koala conservation works in Campbelltown and Wollondilly LGAs.Cumberland Plain Restoration Program- regenerating threatened ecological communities of the Cumberland Plain.Private Land Conservation- supporting private landowners to conserve natural areas on their properties.Streamwatch- supporting citizen science water quality monitoring.Find out more atgreatersydneylandcare.org
