Since 2015, Johnny has been writing self-penned material and delving deep into Northern English folk song and story.Releasing three albums and three singles, which have had press and play in The Guardian, Walk (Ramblers Magazine), Country Walking Magazine, Fire Draw Near, BBC Radio 4's Open Country, Folk on Foot. Johnny Campbell also finds the time to be a freelance writer for Country Walking Magazine.
