About The Girls Club CBRThe Girls Club is a growing community of 20–30-something women in Canberra, built around one simple idea:connection through movement.We know making friends as an adult can be tough – especially if you’re new to town, navigating a life change, or just craving something outside the usual routine.That’s where we come in. We run low-pressure, beginner-friendly events that help you move your body and meet like-minded women at the same time – from social walks and workout tasters to creative sessions and pop-ups with local partners.Whether you’re looking to try something new, find your people, or simply have a reason to get out of the house, The Girls Club is here to help you feel welcome, supported, and part of something. We're also passionate about closing the gender gap in movement by making it easier for women to explore fun, accessible ways to be active – without the pressure or performance mindset.Because everyone deserves to feel good in their body and their community.
