Organizer of Getting to Know the Outside Pins
A Collective of Lived Expertise:Working Together to Change Our Aim in EducationOutside Pin Consulting is a community of educators, families, researchers, speakers, facilitators, self-advocates, consultants, and specialized support and service providers, each making changes in their own lanes of lived experience.Together, we’re dedicated to provoking thinking, teaching and learning from each other, and fostering inclusive practices throughout education and the world. As a collective, our goal is to advocate and educate to create positive change that ensures ALL students are welcomed into inclusive neighbourhood classrooms and schools and provided equal and equitable educational opportunities. And how do we do this? We aim for the students who are the hardest to reach…because if we can get to them, we will get to everyone.
