Jacqui’s career commenced with nursing working in a variety of palliative care roles. Recently becoming Australia’s first Willow EOL Educatorᵀᴹ , Jacqui’s passion is to focus on building Compassionate Communities which supports people living with a serious or terminal illness at the end of life; as well as supporting their loved ones, including into bereavement. Jacqui commenced her business,End of Life Transitionsin 2018.
