Calm Ahead CIC is a female led community interest company supporting mental health, wellbeing and resilience across Oldham for women, families and people of all ages. We deliver inclusive, culturally sensitive programmes, including support for neurodivergent individuals, and provide HAF holiday activities for children and young people, creating safe spaces that reduce isolation and build confidence through community-led support.
