Create ticket type-specific questions for your attendees

Click the title of your event. From the Manage event page, select Customize Order Form from the left hand feature menu.

CREATE YOUR OWN SURVEY QUESTIONS:

Choose one of these options:

1. Collect information below for the ticket buyer only

OR

2. Collect information below for each attendee

Click ADD A QUESTION

Enter the question in the text field. You can choose from a variety of answer formats: small text field, large text field or multiple choice (drop down, check box, or radio button).

Select Show this question for specific ticket types to select which ticket types you would like the question to apply. This question will only display for the ticket types you select.

Select the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the page and your settings will be saved.

Note: You can view your attendees' answers to your questions at any time by viewing and/or exporting an Attendee Summary report!

To get started, first sign up for a free Eventbrite account or log in to your existing Eventbrite account and create an event.

If you’re working on an already-created event, click My Events at the top of the screen and then, click on the name of your event to get to the Manage page of that event.

On the Manage page, click Customize Order Form from the features list on the left side under the Registration subheading.

Choose one of the following options (either of the last two of the three options shown in the box labeled What type of information do you want to collect?):

1. Collect information below for the ticket buyer only
OR
2. Collect information below for each attendee

Note

Note: If you'd like to collect answers to your question(s) from everyone joining you at the event, make sure to select the option to Collect information below for each attendee. This way, the ticket buyer will be able to input information for all of the people who will be accompanying them.

Click Add a Question in the box labeled Create your own questions.

Input your question in the Title of your question field. Then, choose from a variety of answer formats: small text field, large text field, multiple choice (radio buttons, check boxes, or dropdown menu), or waiver.

To apply this quesiton to those ordering a specific ticket type, make sure to check the Show this quesiton for specific ticket types box. Then, check the box next to the ticket type that the question applies to . Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page so your settings will be saved.

Note: You can view your attendees' answers to your questions at any time by viewing and/or exporting an Attendee Summary report!
