Create a choice limit for your custom questions

From the My Events page, click on the title of your event. On the Manage page, select Collect Registration Info from the left hand feature list.

CREATE YOUR OWN SURVEY QUESTIONS:
Choose one of these options (note: this feature does not work when you are collecting only basic information):

1. Collect information below for the ticket buyer only
OR
2. Collect information below for each attendee

Enter the question in the text field. You can choose from a variety of answer formats: small text field, large text field or multiple choice (drop down, check box, or radio button).

Select "Set a choice limit" and enter the inventory of options (note: applies only to Multiple Choice questions) in the field titled "# Available".

Select the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the page and your settings will be saved.

Note: Once the inventory of a choice has been reached, that option will appear as "not available" on your event survey page.

Note: You can view your attendees' answers at any time by running and/or exporting an Attendee Summary report.

To get started, first sign up for a free Eventbrite account or log in to your existing Eventbrite account and create an event.

If you’re working an already-created event, click My Events at the top of the screen and then click on the name of your event to get to the Manage page of that event.

On the Manage page, click Collect Cusotm Information from the features list on the left side under the Registration subheading.

Enter the question in the Title of your question text field . You can choose from a variety of answer formats: small text field, large text field or multiple choice (drop down, check box, or radio button). Select "Set a choice limit" and enter the inventory of options (note: applies only to Multiple Choice questions) in the field titled "# Available".

To add another answer choice you can click on the Add more choices link. You may also delete a choice or disable the choice limit while editing your quesiton.

You're done! Now just click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page and your settings will be saved!

Note

Note: Once the inventory of a choice has been reached, that option will appear as N/A when someone is registering for your event and will not be able to select that option anymore.
