Tip: Eventbrite doesn't actually organize the events on our site, so the best way to get your questions answered is to contact the organizer of the event. Here are a couple of ways to contact the organizer!

Reply to the order confirmation email

You can open the order confirmation email that you received once you registered for the event and reply to it so that the To field will automatically fill in with the organizer's email.

You can also find the organizer's email address in the order confirmation email itself.

We recommend that you include your phone number in your email, in case the event host would like to call, rather than email, you.

Log in to Eventbrite to contact the event organizer

You can also log in to Eventbrite to get information about the event you're attending and to contact the organizer. To log in, click here. You can easily set a password to log in if you don't already have one!

Once logged in, click Event details to go to the event page. (If you'd like a refund, you can click Request Refund instead to send a message to the organizer.) 

On the event page, click on the name of the organizer in the upper left or the Contact the Host button to send them an email.
