United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA)
The United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA) is dedicated to informing the community about the work of the UN and seeking to advance the goals of the UN in Australia and around the world.
Established in 1946, UNAA promotes the aims and work of the United Nations amongst Australians of all walks of life. Chaired by former Australian Senator and UN Security Council Special Envoy, Dr Russell Trood, the UNAA operates numerous programs and has active Divisions in every state and territory of Australia that run regular events in the community, including fundraisers, panel discussions, award programs and Model UN Competitions.
