TrainStation Dance and Fitness is an independent dance and fitness studio dedicated to supporting individuals who want to learn, practice, train or teach any form of exercise and the arts.
We've designed our studio to be bright, welcoming and fresh - something a little different from the norm for pole and for circus.
You don't need any fitness or dance experience to start moving with us. Our instructors can tailor any of the exercises or moves in a class to get you on the way to reaching your goals. All of our classes will help you build strength, cardiovascular fitness and increase your flexibility.
We offer both casual classes and courses, including: pole fitness and dance, aerial hoop, aerial silks, strengthening and conditioning, and stretch. We also offer open practice times, private tuition, studio hire and function options.
