Sami is the founder of Samantha Doyle Healthy Living, her wellness coaching business, which aims to inspire and educate women to transform their health. With 10 years experience in the industry, and certifications in personal training, nutrition and yoga, Sami continues to encourage her clients to live well, be present and gain the energy they need to live a healthy, productive life.
Acknowledged for her ability to blend the realms of eastern and western health in a way that makes healing accessible and relevant to everyday life, the bhakti yoga instructor is on her way to achieving her Diploma of Yoga Therapy, specialising in Addiction and Recovery.
Sami incorporates kirtan and mantra meditation in all her yoga classes and workshops, as she whole-heartedly believes in the power of personal growth by experiencing the spiritual potency of Mantras.
