OWEA, part of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is focussed on improving the quality of education related to the web, and professional development within the Web industry. It's a worldwide group, currently developing curricula, outreach and mentoring programs, and fostering connections between industry and education. Membership includes experts from industry and education.
