Cancellations and refunds

No refund, credit or transfer for a non attendance is provided for any CPD event.   No refunds for a cancellation without 24 hours’ notice prior to the commencement of the activity program commencement time.  No transfer or cancellation without 24 hours clear notice prior to the activity. Transfer/cancellations prior to this time will attract 25% of event/ticket price admin fee.  Any credit/transfer notes are only issued to individual participants and cannot be transferred nor are they redeemable for cash.  Anyone who transfers to a lower priced event will not be subject to a refund for the difference of the two events.
