I am a graduate of the Hakomi method of psychotherapy and have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After meeting me you will quickly realise that my approach is dedicated to equipping you with the awareness and the tools you need to remove the obstacles that are preventing you from being the person you wish to be.
