Clarissa has had her own meditation practice for 10 years and runs a successful training company Nen Consulting teaching mindfulness and yogic meditation.
She is an active writer on mindfulness and well-being and frequently pops up in newspapers, magazines and on radio shows.
Based in Sydney, she runs workshops and speaks at conferences and now uses webinars to teach mindfulness and related subjects like restful sleep too.
Clarissa has had the honour and privilege of training in mindfulness with the Vidyamala Burch and Sona Fricker from Breathworks and with Dr Richard Miller in iRest Yoga Nidra . She has also trained with the Monash University in Food as Medicine and holds a diploma in Holistic Massage from the UK.
She loves coaching people to help them find practical ways of incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives, leading to greater health and well-being. And, with her strong background in science, Clarissa loves that mindfulness has been proven to work scientifically
