This is an opportunity to meet with other ISF’s to share ideas successes and challenges. As well as time for networking there will be input and discussion on the following topic:

- How to maintain clear boundaries with services when their requests / conversations are moving beyond the ISF role into counselling – how and when to say when it is not an ISF role and refer on
- How to support services deliver hard to hear messages to families around sensitive issues
- What strategies can ISFs use to cope with unrealistic expectations of services
Come prepared to discuss and share strategies that you have found work well.
Sessions are free of charge however registration is essential.
